catheter! The low-profile “vario” model is equipped with an F5 catheter already attached to the port chamber, so there’s no tedious intraoperative connecting necessary. The implantation is both safe and considerably faster than with conventional ports. The 20-cm long catheter can be shortened by up to 7 cm with the detachable key. This: - allows optimal, precise placement of the catheter tip after positioning the port, and - removes the need to cut the catheter down to size. The vario slimline also features Vortex technology for safer, more effective flushing. |
